・Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. You may smoke on the balcony, but please bring your own ashtray. 
・There is no washing machine in the cottage. The closest coin laundry is 7 min by car.
・You are welcome to enjoy BBQ and other activities, but please be quiet after 10pm as there are people living nearby.
・Pets are not allowed.
